1. Solid Waste Management Consultant
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Urban Management Centre (UMC) is seeking a motivated Solid Waste Management Consultant to support the Government of Assam under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban). As part of UMC's state-level technical support unit, you will work closely with government agencies and other stakeholders to strengthen solid waste management systems across the state.
The role involves providing technical guidance, supporting the planning and implementation of SWM projects, conducting field visits, and building the capacities of government officials and local stakeholders. It is ideal for professionals passionate about sustainable urban development and improving environmental outcomes through practical, on-ground interventions.

2. Junior Project Associate
Location: Ahmedabad
Join Urban Management Centre (UMC) as a Junior Project Associate and contribute to programmes that make cities more inclusive, resilient, and equitable. In this role, you will work closely with Urban Local Bodies, state departments, and communities to support the implementation of urban development initiatives across areas such as WASH, climate resilience, and urban poverty alleviation.
You will assist with research, field engagement, programme documentation, data analysis, and the preparation of reports and knowledge products.
